WoodSpring Suites Ankeny Des Moines

Love the location right off of the interstate. Easy to spot... Alot cheaper than most hotels. The employees are very friendly... The only issue I'd say is the carpets need replaced for some reason the one in my room kinda feels sticky.. you could also tell the couch cushions needed washed when my bf sat on the cushion and got a big orange blob stain on his towel and then transferred it to the the bed.

There was nobody at the desk when I arrived and nobody at the desk when I left. There are washers and dryers for your laundry which is nice. It was quiet for the most part. Just a bit spendy but it is Ankeny I guess. Pleasurable stay over all

For people staying an extended period of time the value, service, and location is the cheapest I found. The staff there were understanding, patient, and willing to work with you. The location was perfect for me because is right of the interstate. The room was a little out to date, nice sized because I had a handicap accessible room, the room was clean to a certain extent when arriving there, although with me being a neat freak there are areas that the housekeeping need to really improve on.

Staff are wonderful, they respond quickly to your requests. Rooms and common areas are clean. Even with pets the hotel is cleaned and smells good, eliminating any pet odors

Employees working were very respectful. Pet friendly. Carpet in rooms need tended to better and so do the cushion covers.

I checked in just after midnight, and was greeted and given great service at the desk. The room was very clean and well cared for. It was also very cold, around 60° when I walked in, that 30° temperature difference made it really cold. And the bed was very uncomfortable for my tastes

The room rates are cheaper than I found anywhere else around the area.. The staff are awesome..if you have any type of problem or issue,they do everything they can to get it resolved, immediately if possible and if it's a maintenance issue,he addresses the issue right away too .. Housekeeping is also just as Awesome.. the girls are all very friendly and they do a wonderful job every time they clean my room,the mandatory every other week "stay clean" is a great thing..the weeks they aren't scheduled to clean my room,they're wiping down the outside door handles and everything,they vacuum hallways every day..and if you have an issue,if they can help,they will try their best! I'm super glad I chose here, Woodspring suites in Ankeny, instead of anywhere else!

Perfect place for transitioning into a new home. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and seem to work very hard to make sure our stay is good. Our room is clean, and I love having the kitchen so I can cook just like I'm at home instead of eating out all the time. No one gets in your business, it's more like an apartment complex than a hotel. I would definitely stay here again should the need arise.
